2026 Season Ticket Exchange Request Form

Season Ticket holders can exchange their tickets for a different performance of the same production.
8 Play Season Ticket holders receive complimentary ticket exchanges. For 3, 5 and 6 Play Season Ticket holders, exchanges are $5 per ticket.
Exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your original performance.
When permitted, Season Ticket exchanges will incur a $5 per-ticket exchange fee, except for 8 Play Season Ticket holders who receive complimentary exchanges.
If you exchange into more expensive performance or seats, you'll just need to pay the difference in price.
Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Queensland Theatre Company. Exchange requests are not complete until you have received your confirmation email.
